It's been a long time coming, but we'll finally see the curtains raised on the FIBA Asia Champions Cup 2016. This starts on Saturday, October 8, 2016, with eight of the 10 clubs seeing action on Day 1.
Al Ahli of UAE take on Barsy Atyrau of Kazakhstan to open the tournament before Petrochimi face Pauian in the next match. Al Rayyan go up against Al Riyadi afterwards, and Al Shorta close the day against home team Xinjiang Flying Tigers. The remaining teams - ONGC of India and the Malaysia Dragons - will start their games on Day 2.
